How Do I Place An Order?
Purchasing online is simple, select the item that you want and add it to your shopping cart. You can select multiple items to purchase in one transaction. Payment is made upon checking out and you have an option to have your goods couried within New Zealand or you can click and collect from our Rotorua store.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is made via PayPal upon check out via our secure checkout. We are unable to send your goods until full payment is made.
Click & Collect:
We will email you to let you know once your order is ready to be collected from our Rotorua store. Please note during Alert Level 2 our store hours are altered, therefore please wait for us to contact you before collecting your order.
We send all of our orders via PostHaste couriers, you will be provided with a tracking number once your items are on their way so you can check the delivery status. Returns & Refunds
Please choose your purchases carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind; we will instead allow you to choose product to the value or give you a gift voucher to the value of the original purchase price - within 7 days of purchase. Excludes discounted and sale items.
